The NEDmail Terms of Use

By creating an account with NEDmail and using this software, you are bound to a very strict permission policy. Sending spam violates the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) of almost all Internet Service Providers, and can actually land you in legal trouble.

Definition of Spam:

An inappropriate attempt to use email by sending the same message to numerous people without direct permission to contact them on that topic.

The type of permission you MUST have

You can only email subscribers using this software if you obtained their permission in any of the following ways.

Scenarios that DON'T equate to permission
