How many newsletters can I create and send?

There is no limit to the number of newsletters you can have in your account, and you can send them as often as you like.

Can I customize newsletter templates?

Yes. Twin Creek Media will initially create two customized templates for you, with your colors, logo and a personalized design. After the first two, we will design as many templates as you would like for $195-$395 each.

Do I need any special software to use NEDmail?

No, you don't need to install any software on your computer as you gain access to NEDmail online by simply logging in using your internet browser.

How long does it take to get an account setup?

Your account will generally be ready within several working days. Be sure to send us any logos or company graphics you would like us to incorporate into your templates in advance to speed up the process.

Is there any limit to the number of email addresses or contact lists I can have?

No, you may add as many as you like.

Can I send newsletters to only some of the people on my contact list?

Yes, the simple layout allows you to easily divide the list into categories or to a select group of people.

How do I import and export email addresses?
